Refund Policy

Our policy on donations and merchandise purchases.

The Daniels Foundation for Impact Investments and Development is grateful for every donation and purchase that supports our mission. As a non-profit organization, our policies are structured to ensure we can direct the maximum possible resources to our community programs.

Donations

As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we rely on your charitable contributions to continue our work. Donations are considered final and are not refundable. Once a donation is processed, the funds are immediately allocated to our educational, media, and community development initiatives.

We understand that errors can happen. If you believe an error has been made in your donation (e.g., you accidentally donated the wrong amount or made a duplicate donation), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the circumstances and work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Contact for Donation Inquiries: Please email us at kndaniel25@daniels-foundation.org with the subject line "Donation Inquiry". Include your full name, the date of the donation, the amount, and a brief description of the issue.

Merchandise Purchases

Proceeds from our online shop directly fund the Foundation's programs. We want you to be happy with your purchase and its impact.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags attached.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please email us at kndaniel25@daniels-foundation.org with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for Merchandise

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kndaniel25@daniels-foundation.org. We will arrange for a replacement and cover any associated shipping costs. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue in your email.
